The Phoenix Battery Commander BSS6102 is an enterprise-scale solution engineered to contain the unpredictable and devastating effects of lithium-ion battery fires. Built with insulated double-wall steel and sophisticated door seals, this unit is designed to withstand extreme conditions and prevent fire from spreading to the surrounding facility.
With a specialized ventilation port, the BSS6102 allows for easy connection to an external duct to safely release toxic gases and reduce internal pressure during a battery malfunction. This model serves as a high-capacity command station, utilizing 18 UL-Listed outlets across a 3-level interior to keep your fleet of batteries organized and secure.

Expanded Charging Capacity: Features 3 UL Listed internal PDUs providing a total of 18 protected outlets for simultaneous charging.
- Organized Three-Level Interior: Includes 2 height-adjustable, insulated shelves capable of carrying 220 lbs each. This creates three distinct levels to separate battery packs and chargers for better organization.
- Dual Guard Protection: Completely insulated with double-wall steel construction to provide both great strength and fire/heat resistance. It is engineered to contain internal battery fires while protecting contents from external hazards
- Multipoint Locking System: The high-security door features a pick-resistant dimple key lock and is reinforced to ensure the doors remain securely closed even in the event of a severe battery explosion.
- External Ventilation Port: Features a built-in port on the top of the safe to allow for connection to external ducting to safely release toxic gases and reduce internal pressure during a malfunction.
- Commercial-Grade Durability: At 550 lbs, this unit provides the heavy-duty stability and robust construction required for industrial, medical, and school environments.
